About
Indige Beverages sources healthy sustainable ethical fairtrade produce to create unique outstanding delicious native fusion ingredients that celebrates indigenous cultural heritage and our connection to country.
First Nation Australians were the first land carers and custodians/stewardship of these ancient lands. Native bushfoods/plant-based were traditionally consumed and used in ceremonies for more than 60,000 years. It is important to know that the traditional preparation methods used to process these foods evolved over many centuries, with diverse various toxicity bush plants of these ingredients playing an important medical benefit for First Nation people. A broad cultural plant bushfood knowledge was preserved through thousands of species consumed, given an in-depth understanding on multi-cellular organisms, predominantly photosynthetic eukaryotes of the kingdom Plantae.
WHY INDIGE BEVERAGES?
